Between us we've spent a decade building HR software — the records, the contracts, the time off, the onboarding, the compliance. We've seen up close how companies run their people operations, and just how much software it takes to do it well.
None of it fit a company like ours.
Here's the strange part: even with everything we'd built, we never found the right tool for ourselves. Every option — including the ones we made — assumed an HR department, a procurement cycle, a per-seat budget. We were a handful of people wearing ten hats each. The software was built for someone else.
So we're building it for the rest of us.
